This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate and revise invoices using insurance billing information.
• Analyze insurance payments along with Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
• Compare forecasted invoice figures with actual payments received.
• Monitor client co-pays, secondary insurance payments, and outstanding balances.
• Modify invoice line items and totals based on updated payment details.
• Keep precise billing records and supporting documentation.
• Handle and oversee large quantities of invoice data.
• Refresh spreadsheets and reports as necessary.
• Ensure accuracy throughout all billing and invoicing systems.
• Prior experience in invoicing, billing, bookkeeping, or data entry.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and managing extensive data sets.
• Strong focus on detail and precision.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Capable of adhering to processes and efficiently managing repetitive tasks.
• Experience in insurance billing or payment reconciliation is an advantage.
• Dependable, organized, and able to work autonomously.
