This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the Loan Processing team to optimize performance by ensuring loans progress smoothly through the pipeline while upholding the highest levels of accuracy, compliance, and customer service.
• Enhance operational scalability and efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities, utilizing technology, and implementing AI-assisted workflows to minimize manual tasks and boost productivity.
• Cultivate and mentor a high-achieving team that values accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement, aligning with Dominion's long-term growth goals.
• Guarantee the production of complete and accurate loans.
• Oversee a team of up to 8 Loan Processors.
• Ensure the integrity of loan documents is preserved throughout the loan processing cycle.
• Confirm that all loan files meet the compliance standards of Dominion Financial Services LLC.
• Address and resolve any escalated issues that arise within your team.
• Keep your team updated on any changes in guidelines or procedures.
• Develop a thorough understanding of all procedures and actively participate as a “hands-on” manager within your team.
• Drive and ensure the achievement of staff performance goals.
• Assist senior management in formulating and executing strategic plans.
• Help guide the loan processing activities to meet established targets and objectives.
• Manage daily production reports and staff workload, making adjustments to assignments to accommodate varying workloads.
• Continuously seek opportunities to enhance workflows, boost efficiency, and improve the borrower experience.
• Employ company-provided AI technologies, including Claude with unlimited token access, as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance efficiency, automate administrative tasks, improve communication, support decision-making, and perpetually optimize business processes.
• Contribute innovative ideas to help the team scale effectively while maintaining high service standards and effective risk management.
• Aid in the training and development of team members.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in Loan Processing.
• At least 5 years of management experience.
• Previous experience in processing DSCR Loans.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Prior experience with Salesforce is advantageous.
• Experience in hard money lending is a plus.
• Strong analytical thinking skills, including the ability to summarize information and identify key elements, patterns, results, and relationships.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Technologically adept with a quick learning ability for new systems.
• Experience with AI tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
• Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficient in interpreting, applying, and explaining written and oral regulations and instructions.
