This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with real estate investors through ongoing communication and tailored service, making over 100 outbound calls daily.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and consultative partner to real estate investors/clients by educating them on Park Place Finance’s range of customized lending solutions and loan products, assisting them in navigating Fix-and-Flip, Ground-Up Construction, and DSCR loan offerings.
• Provide an exceptional experience by delivering clear and consistent updates throughout the loan lifecycle, engaging with both borrowers and internal teams.
• Assist clients in the investment readiness process by collecting financial information, property details, and business plans.
• Evaluate borrower experience, deal strength, and risk profile to assess eligibility and ensure alignment with underwriting criteria for a smoother and faster process.
• Utilize company-provided sizing tools to structure loans in line with internal guidelines for expedited closures.
• Promptly respond to inquiries from both internal team members and external sources, converting qualified leads into viable loan opportunities.
• Track deal status and proactively manage follow-ups to prevent delays and enhance conversion rates.
• Submit 1–2 qualified loan deals into processing each week, ensuring all required documentation is complete.
• Take full responsibility for your sales pipeline, ensuring timely movement from origination to closure.
• Collaborate closely with loan processors, underwriters, and operations to facilitate a seamless transition from sales to fulfillment.
• Effectively communicate deal specifics, timelines, and borrower expectations to all internal stakeholders.
• Engage in collaborative efforts on process enhancements that promote speed, scalability, and service excellence.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant experience in the real estate, lending, or financial services sectors.
• At least 1 year of experience in consultative or inside sales.
• Proven ability to close 5+ loans per month for residential investments.
• Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM platforms in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to actively listen, positively influence, articulate ideas clearly, and build trust.
• High level of perseverance, resilience, and a strong work ethic, embodying a "work hard, play hard" mentality.
• Ability to think critically, navigate challenges, and propose solutions that meet both client and company needs.
• Proven history of consistently closing $2M+ in monthly loan volume in residential transitional lending (RTL).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including formulas, filters, and data organization).
• Experience in a lead-generated, consultative sales environment within real estate finance or mortgage lending.
