Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engage with customers to assess their needs and suggest appropriate loan products to achieve their objectives.

• Offer guidance and support to borrowers throughout the application process, closing phase, and post-closing period.

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of all loan products offered by the organization along with the qualifications required for each applicant.

• Identify and propose products that align with the customer's requirements and the organization's lending criteria.

• Review active loan files daily to identify any missing documents or opportunities to expedite the process.

• Keep up-to-date with all necessary professional licensing.

• Preferred active NMLS license.

• Capability to organize and present Home Buyer Workshop sessions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Strong teamwork and client service skills.

• Self-driven and exceptionally organized.

• Ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively.

• Proficient math skills.

• Competent computer skills.
