Loan Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, structure, and facilitate the origination of a variety of real estate loan products.

• Guide borrowers from the initial intake through to the closing process, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

• Proactively generate and convert leads—both inbound and those sourced through prospecting—into funded deals.

• Achieve personal production targets in monthly loan volume by consistently building relationships and effectively structuring deals.

• Act as a trusted advisor by educating real estate investors on available financing solutions.

• Maintain precise and current records of all borrower interactions, quoted deals, and loan progress within the company CRM.

• Enhance market presence by developing relationships with sponsors, brokers, and referrals, and by participating in industry events.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the seamless processing, underwriting, and closing of loans.

• Cultivate a thorough understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, equivalent professional experience in real estate finance will be taken into consideration.

• A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience is required.

• Extensive knowledge of loan origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private lending products, investor requirements, and relevant regulatory considerations.

• Proven expertise in structuring short-term real estate loans and evaluating asset-based risk.

• Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as HubSpot or similar systems.

• Advanced sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain a robust pipeline.
