This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Analyze, structure, and facilitate the origination of various real estate loan products; guide borrowers from the initial intake to closing while ensuring timely and accurate execution.
• Proactively generate and convert leads, both inbound and through prospecting, into funded deals; maintain personal production goals in monthly loan volume through consistent relationship-building and effective deal structuring.
• Act as a trusted advisor by educating real estate investors on financing solutions, underwriting requirements, and loan program options; provide tailored financial guidance to foster repeat business and long-term growth.
• Keep precise and current records of all borrower interactions, quoted deals, and loan progress in the company CRM to support sales forecasting, performance tracking, and marketing strategies.
• Enhance market presence by building relationships with sponsors, brokers, and referrals, attending industry events, and identifying new business opportunities within targeted regions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless processing, underwriting, and closing of loans, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders throughout each transaction.
• Cultivate a deep understanding of proprietary loan products and industry trends to represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and confidence in all borrower interactions.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent professional experience in real estate finance will be taken into account.
• A minimum of two (2) years of sales experience is required.
• Extensive knowledge of loan origination, real estate finance, collateral valuation, private lending products, investor requirements, and relevant regulatory considerations.
• Proven expertise in structuring short-term real estate loans and evaluating asset-based risks.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms (HubSpot or similar systems).
• Advanced sales and marketing skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and sustain a robust pipeline.
