Loan Compliance Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conducting research and offering guidance to the Consumer Lending and Loan Operations & Servicing sectors.

• Communicating compliance-related risks to leadership.

• Aiding management in the creation of controls, policies, and procedures.

• Investigating compliance concerns.

• Supporting the completion of assessments by identifying relevant risks and controls.

• Offering compliance advice and engaging in project teams.

• Reporting on unresolved compliance risks and action plans.

• Assisting in the collection of information for regulatory examinations or audits.

• Executing relevant regulatory change initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma.

• College Degree is preferred.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in legal or regulatory compliance.

• CRCM Certification is preferred.
