Loan Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Assist the Investment Lending Manager by overseeing loan documentation, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and effective communication with lenders.

• Prepare and manage loan applications from the initial submission all the way to settlement.

• Enter and validate data in Infinity, HubSpot, and Apply Online (AOL).

• Aid in gathering and assessing client documents for compliance purposes.

• Keep organized and compliant digital files within Google Drive and the CRM system.

• Verify data across Infinity, AOL, and additional platforms to ensure accuracy.

• Submit applications via AOL with the necessary broker consent.

• Arrange for property valuations, pricing assessments, and credit checks.

• Address lender MIRs and follow up on outstanding requirements.

• Provide updates to stakeholders regarding loan status and subsequent steps.

• Ensure all documentation is prepared for handover to the Settlement Team.

• Collaborate with Lending Managers and internal teams to enhance processes.

• Participate in regular Zoom meetings and sessions aimed at process improvement.

• Offer feedback and innovative solutions to optimize workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Australian home loan processing or lending.

• Experience on the broker side within the lending end-to-end process.

• Proficient in using Infinity, AOL, HubSpot, and Google Workspace.

• Current or recent experience in the Australian mortgage sector.

• Capability to work with the Zoom camera on during shifts.
