LNP Provisioning Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Manage, provision, and monitor voice service orders from start to finish.

• Facilitate local number porting (LNP), encompassing both port-in and port-out requests.

• Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal departments to track progress and address any issues.

• Address regulatory or legal inquiries related to customer services.

• Keep track of critical dates, system documentation, and workflow updates.

• Utilize vendor-supported provisioning platforms alongside internal systems.

• Operate voice processing services and provide troubleshooting assistance.

• Oversee LNP projects and ensure smooth port transitions.

• Provision new voice services and update existing customer services accordingly.

• Maintain accurate tracking records, logs, and documentation related to provisioning and porting.

• Assemble complete order packets and prepare workflow materials.

• Elevate priority issues to comply with project deadlines.

• Act as a subject matter expert on LNP processes and voice provisioning.

• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding interpersonal and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient understanding of VoIP technologies and terminology.

• Experience with LNP processes, number porting methods, and regulatory standards.

• Familiarity with VoIP devices and equipment such as ATA, eMTA, ONT, Adit, and ADTRAN.

• Industry-related experience is preferred.

• Basic understanding of billing concepts.

• Capability to manage, track, and maintain databases and workflow tools effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.

• Willingness to work a flexible full-time schedule, including weekends and holidays as necessary.

• Ability to successfully perform essential duties.
