This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the management of the company’s Learning Management System (LMS), which includes resetting passwords, adding and removing user accounts and groups, tracking learner completions, troubleshooting system issues, creating both online and instructor-led training (ILT) courses, managing the user interface, scheduling learning activities, and generating reports.
• Administer the LMS support inbox by addressing user inquiries, resolving issues, and adhering to established service level expectations.
• Coordinate the launch of compliance courses, ensuring that all deadlines and requirements are met.
• Manage and prioritize audit requests, guaranteeing timely and accurate responses.
• Develop and maintain end-user documentation to support regulatory and compliance needs, including the precise assignment of required training.
• Generate reports for learners, instructors, and management, collaborating with HRIS, Compliance, and LMS support teams as necessary.
• Maintain internal HR knowledge-sharing sites by updating content, managing user access, troubleshooting issues, and generating reports.
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external vendors, coordinating system enhancements and providing user training.
• Maintain department intranet sites and collaborate with internal partners to assist with site development and updates.
• Manage and oversee the department's central file repository, including audits, content updates, training materials, and file organization.
• Create learning materials such as job aids, user guides, graphics, and other supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with Learning Specialists and Instructional Designers to oversee courses and learning curricula within the LMS.
• Work with subject matter experts to develop learning content using adult learning principles, including storyboards, scripts, and assessments.
• Produce engaging eLearning content and microlearning resources using video animation and multimedia tools while staying updated with learning technologies, trends, and best practices.
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in data entry.
• Capacity to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service abilities.
• Capability to manage confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and SharePoint is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
