This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in Business Development initiatives by managing NDAs, teaming agreements, and ensuring compliance with proposal requirements (Reps & Certs, OCI, etc.)
• Evaluate contract awards for precision, including CLIN structure, pricing consistency, period of performance, and adherence to FAR/DFARS regulations, while coordinating internal implementation.
• Oversee contract and subcontract modifications, including funding updates, ensuring compatibility with internal systems (e.g., Unanet, SharePoint).
• Collaborate with Finance and Project Controls to confirm funding, invoicing needs, and accuracy of contract data.
• Assist in the issuance and management of subcontracts and vendor agreements, ensuring the proper flow down of contractual obligations.
• Clearly communicate contract terms, risks, and responsibilities to internal stakeholders in an accessible manner for non-contract personnel.
• Facilitate contract closeout processes, including funding reconciliation, claim releases, and document finalization.
• Identify areas for enhancement in contract administration procedures, templates, and documentation uniformity.
• Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Applicant must be able to obtain and retain a Common Access Card (CAC).
• A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, contracts, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the following areas:
• Supporting federal government contracts and/or subcontracts.
• Engaging with various contract types (FFP, CPFF, T&M, LH, etc.).
• Familiarity with FAR, DFARS, and federal contracting principles.
• Involvement in contract lifecycle activities, including awards, modifications, and closeout.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capacity to work both independently and collaboratively across diverse teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and SharePoint.
