This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Conduct underwriting, transactional, and claims audits in line with client scope requirements.

• Collaborate with the Audit Administrator on audit preparations, ensuring Coverholder/TPA readiness, and more.

• Analyze PAQ (Pre-Audit Questionnaire) responses and relevant documentation, and draft follow-up inquiries for the on-site review, involving senior team members as necessary.

• Oversee the delivery of projects (audits) by communicating with clients to address any concerns or provide progress updates.

• Execute pre-audit, on-site, and post-audit tasks while effectively communicating work plans to team members.

• Delegate responsibilities for various scope components; maintain oversight of on-site activities; facilitate wrap-up meetings.

• Compose or oversee the creation of reports and appendices; if necessary, prepare an initial summary assessment of findings for the client when significant issues are identified.

• Effectively engage with various stakeholders involved in the project, including team members.

• Ensure weekly timesheets are accurately completed to allow for effective monitoring of the audit's profitability.

• Collaborate with the peer reviewer to maintain high-quality work products before releasing the audit to the client.


⛳️ Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in utilizing Lloyd’s Coverholder & DCA (Delegated Claims Admin) audit scopes.

• Excellent report writing abilities.

• Strong analytical skills for drafting and finalizing reports, identifying issues, and evaluating their significance.

• Effective verbal and written communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Proficient time management and prioritization skills.

• Ability to collaborate with team members while also working independently.

• Detail-oriented, precise, and thorough with a strong aptitude for record keeping.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite; intermediate skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with knowledge of Access being advantageous.

• Strong business acumen and leadership presence.

• Results-driven, self-motivated, confident, and enthusiastic.

• Diplomatic, cooperative, and collaborative in approach.
