LLM Engineer, Prompting & AI Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design and implementation of prompts for language models (LLMs), incorporating techniques such as prompt chaining, evaluation, and iterative improvement.

• Interdisciplinary collaboration with engineers and stakeholders to ensure AI outputs are interpretable and aligned with business objectives.

• Integration of AI into software architectures, applying design principles and engineering best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Only candidates with residence and work authorization in Mexico (mandatory).

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field (completed).

• At least 3 years of experience in advanced prompt engineering (design, evaluation, optimization).

• Experience using LLMs in real-world applications (generation, analysis, automation).

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools and business-oriented or consulting environments.

• Experience with Azure OpenAI, AI Search, or Azure OpenAI Services, RAG, and .Net.

• Advanced conversational English level (mandatory).
