This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement Generative AI solutions tailored to real business use cases;

• From intelligent assistants for investors to internal copilots for operational teams;

• Utilize the Microsoft Azure AI ecosystem as the primary platform;

• Develop copilots and conversational assistants using Microsoft Copilot Studio;

• Construct and manage both structured and unstructured Knowledge Bases;

• Ensure that the developed solutions are secure, auditable, and aligned with responsible AI usage policies;

• Collaborate with the Data Engineer to ensure the quality of data required for GenAI use cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in developing Generative AI or NLP solutions in a production environment or in substantial projects;

• Practical knowledge of Azure OpenAI Service (GPT, embeddings, function calling);

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector/semantic search;

• Familiarity with Azure AI Search for indexing and semantic querying of documents;

• Knowledge of Python for developing pipelines, integrations, and model orchestration;

• Experience with at least one orchestration framework: LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or Prompt Flow;

• Understanding of Prompt Engineering — constructing, versioning, and optimizing prompts;

• Good development practices: Git, testing, documentation, and CI/CD;

• Experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio for creating agents and conversational assistants;

• Experience with Azure AI Foundry (formerly Azure AI Studio);

• Knowledge of Azure AI Document Intelligence for document processing;

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, connectors);

• Experience with fine-tuning language models;

• Knowledge of advanced RAG techniques: HyDE, re-ranking, query expansion, multi-index;

• Understanding of data architecture and integration with Data Lake/Lakehouse platforms;

• Previous experience in the financial market or regulated sectors.
