AI Automation, Generative AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement AI-driven applications, workflows, and automation systems.

• Create LLM-based tools, AI agents, chatbots, and internal productivity enhancements.

• Incorporate OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or other generative AI APIs into organizational systems.

• Design AI automation frameworks for operations, sales, customer support, recruitment, and other productivity scenarios.

• Construct and refine RAG systems, document search solutions, and knowledge-based AI applications.

• Collaborate with APIs, databases, cloud services, and third-party platforms.

• Optimize prompts, workflows, outputs, and AI interactions for precision and user-friendliness.

• Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to provide scalable AI solutions.

• Diagnose and enhance AI workflows, including managing edge cases, errors, and inconsistent outputs.

• Assist in ensuring that AI solutions are practical, secure, and in alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Practical experience with OpenAI APIs or other LLM platforms.

• Familiarity with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar.

• Experience in developing AI-driven applications, automations, or workflow tools.

• Strong background in API integration.

• Knowledge of prompts, structured outputs, embeddings, RAG, and AI workflow design.

• Experience with cloud infrastructure or backend systems.

• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.

• Excellent communication skills in English.

• Comfortable collaborating with international teams and managing fast-paced projects.
