LLM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Conducting research, refining, and implementing cutting-edge LLMs

• Creating APIs and tools to facilitate smooth integration of LLM functionalities

• Enhancing model performance for scalability and efficiency

• Collaborating with the team to develop innovative AI-driven solutions

• Establishing automated checks to ensure data quality and pipeline reliability

• Assisting in the integration of LLMs with Ultralytics solutions and workflows

• Developing internal company tools that utilize LLM capabilities

• Designing and deploying Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) applications

• Improving query enrichment, reranking, and search relevance systems

• Ensuring adherence to SOC 2 and ISO standards

• Engaging with the open-source community to foster adoption and gather feedback

• Composing and maintaining technical documentation and guides

• Keeping up with advancements in LLM technology and sharing insights with the team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience with Python and AI/ML frameworks

• In-depth experience with LLMs and transformer architectures

• Strong grasp of NLP concepts, including tokenization, embeddings, and fine-tuning

• Demonstrated experience deploying LLMs in production settings

• Proficiency with APIs from Anthropic, OpenAI, Voyage, DeepSeek, and Gemini

• Experience in developing internal tools that leverage LLM functionalities

• Practical experience in designing and implementing RAG applications

• Skilled in query enrichment and reranking techniques

• Knowledge of SOC 2 and ISO compliance standards

• Strong debugging and optimization capabilities

• Excellent written communication and documentation skills

• Familiarity with open-source AI tools and communities

• Experience using Docker and cloud-based deployment on AWS, GCP, or Azure
