LLM Data Scientist/Algorithm Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Singapore.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete LLM pipeline, from data preparation to real-world production implementation.

• Design, iterate, and enhance prompts (including zero-/few-shot, chain-of-thought, tool-calling, etc.) to optimize model utility and safety across various products and languages.

• Construct and sustain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) QA/search systems that interface with multiple knowledge sources.

• Have familiarity with vLLM/SGLang inference architectures and possess proven experience in deploying and managing LLM services in multi-GPU or cluster environments.

• Design, implement, and manage multi-agent LLM architectures (such as LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), focusing on task decomposition, agent orchestration, memory sharing, and tool-calling workflows.

• Create evaluation pipelines (including automatic metrics and human feedback) to assess prompt and model quality, as well as bias and hallucination rates.

• Collaborate with product and customer service teams to incorporate AI models into conversational chatbots across various scenarios.

• Stay updated on cutting-edge research, author technical blogs, and continuously enhance the current architecture.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in deep learning/NLP, including over 1 year of hands-on work with LLMs (SFT, DPO, RAG, quantization, inference optimization, etc.).

• Proven expertise in prompt engineering and tuning (including few-shot design, structured prompting, prefix-/p-tuning, reward re-ranking, and safety filtering).

• Practical experience in building and deploying multi-agent LLM workflows, with knowledge of agent-orchestrator patterns, shared memory, long-horizon planning, and guard-rail design.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese for effective cross-team collaboration.
