Live Verification Agent – Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with customers who choose to rent from U-Haul through the Truck Share 24/7 program.

• Evaluate customer information to ensure it meets necessary criteria before approving rental dispatch.

• Handle incoming calls and make outgoing calls to customers to gather essential rental details.

• Assist several customers simultaneously through digital platforms or chat.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong listening, verbal, and written communication skills in English.

• Experience in inbound call handling, particularly in high-volume situations, is highly preferred.

• Exceptional customer service abilities with at least 1 year of experience in phone-based customer service.

• Technological proficiency is preferred.

• Skills in logic, reasoning, time management, and facial recognition.

• Attention to detail, proficiency, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Capability to multitask and assist multiple customers simultaneously during online sessions.
