This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico, +1 more state.

• Manage a portfolio of up to 25 active creators, acting as their primary operational liaison.

• Conduct bi-weekly 30-minute performance and strategy meetings for each creator.

• Ensure scheduling consistency, monitor deliverables, highlight risks, and facilitate resolutions.

• Develop run-of-show plans for weekly live streams and coordinate with creators beforehand.

• Oversee live streams in real-time, including chat assistance, quality assessments, and integration of sponsored products.

• Provide post-stream summaries with performance insights and recommendations for optimization.

• Guarantee compliance with production standards throughout the creator portfolio.

• Track streaming obligations and ensure contract adherence.

• Analyze engagement metrics to identify trends in underperformance.

• Raise concerns and maintain precise CRM and reporting documentation.

• Manage various stakeholders while upholding organized dashboards and a consistent reporting schedule.

• Work within and enhance the established production framework.

• 2–4 years of experience in account management, creator management, or digital operations.

• Practical experience in supporting live streaming or digital content initiatives.

• Proficient in English with strong writing skills and confident communication in client interactions.

• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts or clients at once.

• Skilled in organization, proactive follow-up, and maintaining accountability.

• Capacity to analyze performance data and translate it into actionable steps.

• Experience with creator management or live commerce platforms is advantageous.

• Must be available primarily during EST hours (9 AM–5 PM EST), with some evening availability up to 8 PM PST.
