This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil, +5 more countries.
• Create product listings, bundles, and promotions for Live Commerce events on platforms like WhatNot and eBay Live.
• Verify that product listings, pricing, and inventory levels are accurately set before each session.
• Upload and arrange products within live selling platforms.
• Schedule shows according to the Live Commerce calendar and maintain a centralized results tracker.
• Collaborate with operations and inventory planners to ensure stock availability for scheduled sessions.
• Identify potential stock issues before or after Live Shows.
• Ensure product descriptions, images, and details are precise and prepared for live marketing.
• Provide support to the live commerce team during live sessions as needed.
• Monitor and manage cancellation requests during and after shows.
• Assist in handling comments, feedback, and customer inquiries where appropriate.
• Compile and organize post-session performance data for the data analyst.
• Aid in reporting on key metrics as required.
• Document session results and assist with internal analysis for optimization.
• Excellent organizational abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Capability to juggle multiple tasks and consistently adhere to structured processes.
• Comfortable engaging with digital platforms, dashboards, and e-commerce systems.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce environments and online product listings.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong computer skills and ability to work efficiently in remote settings.
• Available to work in alignment with UK business hours.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with productivity and collaboration tools (Microsoft 365, Teams, or similar).
• Proficient in managing spreadsheets or product data.
• Experience with WhatNot, eBay Live, or other live commerce platforms.
• Prior experience supporting live selling sessions or livestream operations.
• Background in a D2C e-commerce business.
• Basic knowledge of sales performance metrics or e-commerce analytics.
• Experience supporting multi-brand or multi-market e-commerce businesses.
• Salary of $1,200 – $1,500 per month based on experience.
