Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Support attorneys by drafting legal documents, conducting factual and legal research.

• Review, collect, and organize client materials from initial production through discovery.

• Assist in the preparation for trials, which includes drafting pre-trial documents.

• Maintain professional communication with clients and other professionals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' experience as a paralegal focused on litigation.

• Background in litigation support and case management is essential.

• Experience in personal injury litigation is highly desirable.

• Capability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage multiple cases effectively.

• Exceptional analytical and written communication skills.

• Strong attention to detail, along with organizational and technical proficiency.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
