Litigation Paralegal – 10–20+ Hours per Week

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote, on-demand assistance for legal projects for client law firms

• Support all stages of litigation, encompassing pleadings and discovery

• Organize and oversee litigation-related events, including depositions and mediations

• Perform legal research and aid attorneys in developing case strategies

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Litigation Paralegal

• Extensive experience with e-filing pleadings in state and/or federal courts

• Proven experience in scheduling depositions, mediations, and other litigation-related events

• Capability to assist with all aspects of discovery, including drafting, responding to, and organizing discovery

• Strong knowledge of court rules, procedures, and adherence to deadlines

• Experience in drafting pleadings and legal correspondence

• Ability to conduct legal research and assist attorneys in case strategy

• Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

• Keen attention to detail and ability to work precisely in a fast-paced environment

• Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently
