Litigation Lawyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Lead litigation cases with a high degree of independence

• Prepare, assess, and oversee essential case documents and proceedings

• Provide outstanding client support during mediations, discoveries, and court sessions

• Manage sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality

• Possess the ability to strategize and comprehend the legal process

⛳️ Requirements

• LL.B. or J.D. from an accredited institution

• Active member in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario

• Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience in labor, employment, human rights, and corporate commercial litigation

• Strong proficiency in verbal and written English; French is an asset

• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
