Litigation Attorney, Workers' Compensation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee all facets of workers’ compensation cases

• Deliver litigation services for designated Workers’ Compensation issues

• Direct the legal process from investigation through trial preparation

• Represent ICW Group in various courts and administrative bodies

• Evaluate legal and factual matters and formulate defense strategies

• Offer precise legal analysis and strategic recommendations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from a recognized law school

• At least 5 to 8 years of experience in workers’ compensation litigation or a comparable mix of education and experience

• Must be licensed and in good standing with the State Bar of California
