This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take initiative in conducting data-driven analysis and modeling of supply chain metrics (such as inventory, service levels, and forecasting).

• Advise and educate clients to achieve goals like enhancing days of inventory supply/turns and reducing excess or obsolete inventory.

• Conduct regular scheduled calls with Blue Ridge clients to discuss purchasing, forecasting, inventory, and service levels for the specified timeframe.

• Offer reporting support to clients, which includes but is not limited to custom report creation and SQL query development.

• Ensure the reliability of metrics and pinpoint the root causes behind performance outcomes.

• Build a strategic partnership with clients to meet their objectives and goals by utilizing Blue Ridge solutions.

• Generate reports to demonstrate trends and identify root causes through comprehensive analysis of critical data, along with suggestions for corrective actions and continuous improvement opportunities.

• Engage in the planning and configuration of Blue Ridge systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Over 3 years of experience in Purchasing, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain/Financial Analysis, Data Modeling, Business Analysis, or a closely associated area.

• Proficient in statistical analysis and supply chain planning/forecasting using well-known planning or analytic software applications.

• Established analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proven business intuition skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to collaborate with all organizational levels, influence leaders to embrace change, and build trust and credibility swiftly.

• High degree of initiative, adaptability, organization, and teamwork orientation.

• Strong interpersonal skills.

• Energetic, proactive, and consistently focused on meeting deadlines.

• APICS and/or Green Belt certification is a plus.

• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; skilled in other Office applications.

• Required expertise in data analysis tools.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
