This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Develop a comprehensive lifecycle strategy encompassing prospecting, onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback efforts.
• Take ownership of and refine channel strategies including email, SMS, chatbots, direct mail, and in-app push notifications.
• Create a messaging framework and narrative strategy that directs the copy used across channels.
• Design and enhance complete customer journeys and critical touchpoints.
• Construct segmentation frameworks and personalization strategies utilizing behavioral and predictive insights.
• Establish a roadmap for testing and an experimentation strategy aimed at boosting performance.
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze trends, and convert data into actionable insights.
• Design lifecycle automation architecture to promote scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Product, Data, and Growth teams to ensure lifecycle initiatives align with business objectives.
• Evaluate and review departmental tools to identify the best options.
• Conduct comprehensive research on competitors and industry trends related to lifecycle marketing.
• Oversee the complete ownership of the customer lifecycle strategy and the overall design of the customer journey.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, retention marketing, or customer engagement strategy.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing end-to-end customer journeys involving onboarding, engagement, retention, and winback.
• Practical experience in managing multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications, chatbots, and direct mail.
• Extensive background in segmentation, personalization, customer journey automation, A/B testing, and performance enhancement.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the aptitude to interpret customer data, recognize trends, and translate insights into actionable suggestions.
• Experience with CRM and lifecycle marketing platforms like Iterable, Intercom, MixPanel, or similar tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
• Effective proactive communication skills, with a proven track record of keeping cross-functional stakeholders updated through timely and clear asynchronous communications.
• Must possess a personal computer and reliable high-speed internet for daily remote work operations.
