This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.
• Create, test, launch, and enhance multi-channel lifecycle campaigns using Braze.
• Collaborate in the design and development of lifecycle campaign strategies.
• Convert lifecycle strategies and business goals into actionable campaigns.
• Formulate and implement structured A/B and multivariate testing approaches.
• Work cross-functionally with Lifecycle Strategy, Marketing Analytics, Product, Compliance, and Servicing teams.
• Assist in both Marketing and Servicing efforts throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Evaluate campaign performance and customer behavior to discover optimization possibilities.
• Aid in integrating digital lifecycle campaigns with Direct Mail initiatives.
• Ensure that all lifecycle campaigns and communications comply with regulatory and compliance standards.
• 3–5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing within a B2C context.
• Strong practical knowledge of Braze is necessary.
• Demonstrated capability to independently execute multi-channel lifecycle campaigns.
• Experience in contributing to lifecycle campaign strategy and brainstorming.
• Strong analytical skills with a background in assessing campaign performance.
• Experience in designing and conducting A/B and multivariate tests.
• Familiarity with email development fundamentals.
• Experience working in regulated marketing settings.
