This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take ownership of, map out, and continuously enhance Roofr's customer lifecycle by recognizing trends, drop-off points, and behavior-driven triggers.
• Collaborate with marketing and revenue teams to convert insights into funnel-specific campaigns that enhance activation, retention, and revenue growth.
• Develop and refine multi-touch, behavior-driven lifecycle campaigns through email, SMS, in-app messaging, sales sequences, and drip flows. Utilize segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis to iteratively improve outcomes over time.
• Work cross-functionally with Growth, Content, and Product Marketing to test messaging, creative assets, and conversion touchpoints.
• Partner with Revenue Ops/Data teams to guarantee clean, actionable customer and campaign data, facilitating effective automation and personalization.
• Manage campaign reporting and analytics across HubSpot, Amplitude, GA4, and Pendo, monitoring activation, engagement, retention, and upsell metrics, and converting findings into actionable optimizations.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in lifecycle marketing, email marketing, or marketing operations/automation within a startup SaaS environment.
• Proven track record in building, launching, and optimizing cross-channel customer journeys. You are comfortable taking ownership of the build process, not just the design.
• Experience in supporting both PLG and sales-assisted growth strategies, encompassing activation sequences and usage-based triggers, as well as expansion, upsell, churn prevention, and retention initiatives that complement a fast-paced sales funnel.
• Practical experience with tools such as HubSpot, Amplitude, Pendo, Customer.io, or similar platforms.
• Comprehensive understanding of best practices in email, SMS, and in-app messaging, including segmentation and experimentation, which involves designing, executing, and interpreting your own lifecycle tests.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience in translating product usage and behavioral data into actionable lifecycle strategies.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to foster alignment across teams.
• Demonstrated use of AI tools in your daily workflow for content creation, campaign analysis, and optimization, enabling faster movements, more iterations, and deeper insights.
