This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the customer engagement strategy throughout the entire lifecycle: onboarding, activation, continuous engagement, renewal, and reactivation.

• Create and enhance multi-channel experiences utilizing email, SMS, push notifications, and in-app messaging to boost engagement and service adoption.

• Develop and expand automated lifecycle journeys, including welcome sequences, onboarding processes, feature adoption strategies, renewal notifications, and win-back initiatives.

• Collaborate with the Subscription Growth and In-App teams to foster engagement that supports conversion, retention, and upgrades to plans.

• Utilize behavioral and lifecycle data to create audience segments and deliver highly personalized, timely communications.

• Analyze extensive datasets to pinpoint engagement opportunities, segment users effectively, and shape lifecycle strategies that elevate the customer experience.

• Manage reporting and performance tracking across email and in-app engagement channels, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

• Conduct testing and optimization of messaging, timing, and channel strategies through experimentation and A/B testing.

• Work alongside Product, Data, and Creative teams to ensure a cohesive, seamless, and insight-driven customer journey.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, customer engagement, or retention marketing.

• Background in a subscription, SaaS, or recurring revenue business model.

• Strong analytical capabilities with a proven track record of working with customer data to create cohorts and guide marketing strategies.

• Practical experience in managing reporting and performance analysis across lifecycle channels (email, in-app, push, etc.).

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as Klaviyo or equivalent tools.

• Demonstrated understanding of customer engagement strategies, including segmentation and personalization.

• Outstanding cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
