This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of campaign strategy throughout the prospect and customer lifecycle, including seasonal initiatives, reengagement efforts, upselling, and pipeline support.
• Generate campaign ideas, write or oversee copy, and manage the creative process from the initial brief to final distribution.
• Create and uphold a systematic testing agenda that yields documented insights and fosters meaningful change.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Management (PMM) to convert messaging frameworks into lifecycle campaigns, ensuring that feedback from campaigns informs strategic decisions.
• Work in tandem with the Lifecycle Marketing Manager to develop a cohesive, comprehensive lifecycle marketing engine.
• 3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, campaign, or growth marketing with direct accountability for conversion metrics.
• Proficient writer capable of producing engaging email and in-app copy that is clear, aligns with brand standards, and is designed for conversion.
• Practical experience with HubSpot, Intercom, or a similar Marketing Automation Platform (MAP), with a thorough understanding of how lifecycle programs operate from start to finish.
• Designed and executed structured experiments with defined hypotheses and measurable results.
• Skilled in extracting performance data, interpreting it effectively, and making informed decisions based on it.
