Life Practice Account Manager – Individual Client, Policy Service

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Provide outstanding client service and support

• Assist with various aspects of daily client interactions

• Gather, analyze, and prepare information for client inquiries

• Participate in client meetings and conference calls

• Collaborate closely with the National Life Practice Service Team

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of experience in the individual Life/Disability/LTC industry

• More than 5 years of experience in High-Net-Worth client service

• Valid State Life & Health license

• Exceptional organizational abilities, accuracy, and attention to detail

• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
