Life Insurance Claims Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze contestable death claims

• Review requests for policy reinstatement

• Evaluate inquiries from the Medical Information Bureau (MIB)

• Utilize the Swiss Re manual for risk evaluation

• Conduct manual MIB checks for reinstatement requests

• Confirm prior medical condition reports from MIB inquiries

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Life Insurance Claims

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong investigative skills

• Proficiency in MS Office suite

• Certifications, courses, or designations such as Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), Academy of Life Underwriting (ALU), or Life Office Management Association (LOMA) are highly beneficial

• A bachelor’s degree or a relevant combination of education and experience
