This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Make both routine and non-routine decisions following established procedures and guidelines.

• Utilize expanded knowledge to navigate increasingly complex situations.

• Process more intricate life claims for either payment or denial, ensuring compliance with quality and production standards.

• Address and provide insights on complex inquiries and concerns from both internal and external stakeholders.

• Offer routine information and responses to junior team members.

• Gather more complex claim information through both verbal and written communication with stakeholders.

• Examine submitted claim information for payment, ensuring its accuracy and completeness.

• Elevate claims issues and concerns to senior team members and management when necessary.

• Deliver responsive customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Provide precise benefit calculations, timely communications, and uphold ethical claim management practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED is required.

• 2-3 years of claims experience that closely aligns with the specific responsibilities of this role.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.

• Excellent organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with Life Claims is highly preferred.

• Strong mathematical skills are necessary for payment calculations.
