📋 Description

• Technical and Functional Leadership of the Banking Core

• Serve as the primary consultant and technical-functional reference for the configuration, parameterization, and customization of Temenos T24/Transact.

• Establish guidelines, best practices, and standards for the management and evolution of the platform.

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective functional and technical solutions.

• Lead initiatives for improvement, updates, and optimization of the banking core.

• Oversee, manage, and optimize the execution of Close of Business (COB) processes.

• Identify opportunities for enhancing performance, stability, and operational efficiency.

• Design and lead comprehensive strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Act as the main mentor for internal technical and functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience working with Temenos T24/Transact in banking environments.

• Deep knowledge in the configuration, parameterization, and customization of the banking core.

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing COB (Close of Business) processes.

• Experience in leading strategies for functional, integration, and regression testing.

• Understanding of certification processes, change management, and version releases.

• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage stakeholders at various levels.
