Licensed U65 ACA Sales Carrier Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Handle incoming calls from clients requesting information regarding health insurance options.

• Conduct consultations based on customer needs to suggest and enroll them in suitable plans/ACA options.

• Confidently quote, present, address objections, and successfully close sales with professionalism.

• Initiate outbound sales calls as part of various sales campaigns.

• Precisely document all interactions and enrollments of customers in the CRM system.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience with a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and resolving issues on the first call.

• Achieve or surpass assigned monthly and annual sales and quality assurance (QA) performance objectives.

• Engage in QA feedback sessions and continuous improvement coaching.

⛳️ Requirements

• Current Resident Life & Health Insurance License (mandatory at the time of hire).

• High School Diploma or GED (essential).

• Capability to sell ACA/Under-65 health insurance products.

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities.

• Comfort in a fast-paced inside sales setting.

• Proficiency in navigating multiple systems at the same time.
