Licensed Service Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding benefits plans

• Handle Medical/Dental claims processing

• Capable of learning and retaining substantial amounts of technical information

• Proficient in navigating various record-keeping systems

• Must be licensed in Life and Health

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail

• Capable of engaging with customers from diverse backgrounds and attitudes

• Previous experience in customer service is essential

• Experience in medical or call center environments is an advantage
