This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.

📋 Description

• Licensed Reverse Mortgage Loan Officers at LBF receive company-sourced qualified leads, eliminating the need for self-sourcing or cold calling.

• Engages professionally and clearly with clients to explain the intricacies of reverse mortgages.

• Reaches out to potential clients to introduce them to LBF and the concept of reverse mortgages, qualifying them for counseling sessions and applications.

• Gathers essential information from clients to initiate the Reverse Mortgage process.

• Completes and submits all necessary paperwork while providing exemplary customer service and follow-up.

• Collaborates with internal operations to consistently ensure clean file production.

• Guides clients over the phone on completing applications, ensuring all required paperwork and signatures for processing the reverse mortgage are collected accurately and promptly.

• Keeps up-to-date and precise records of all customer interactions within our CRM system, Velocify.

• Demonstrates proficient computer skills.

• Adheres to licensing requirements.
