This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

• Conduct therapy sessions aimed at providing mental health support to clients.

• Oversee a caseload that includes a significant proportion of clients utilizing insurance.

• Create and maintain a professional atmosphere for therapy sessions.

• Work in collaboration with the BetterHelp team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care and assistance.

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality throughout all interactions.

• Regularly track and document client progress and session details.

• LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or a Psychologist / PsyD.

• Experienced Mental Health Therapist or Counselor dedicated to supporting adults, couples, or teens.

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.

• Master’s or Doctorate in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• Must possess a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and be able to provide therapy without supervision.

• A private and professional setting for conducting therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Professional liability insurance is required.

• A reliable Internet connection is essential.

• Must currently reside in the US.
