Licensed Practical Nurse, Full-Time – Compact License Required

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +14 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee Physician EHR inboxes and manage patient portal inquiries.

• Execute responsibilities within the LPN scope of practice.

• Address patient questions promptly.

• Process prescription refill requests.

• Alert providers and ensure the completion of patient care tasks for critical results.

• Organize follow-up care after discharge or post-surgery.

• Assist with referrals and collaborate on prior authorization requests.

• Supervise Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) outcomes.

• Educate patients on chronic disease management.

• Conduct medical screenings and qualify patients for clinical trials.

• Carry out follow-ups and provide patient education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse.

• Minimum of 5 years of full-time clinical experience as an LPN.

• Background in primary care for adult, pediatric, and geriatric patients.

• Experience in OB/GYN, Orthopedic, Ambulatory Care, or Home Health settings.

• Proficient in using at least two electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Possess an active unencumbered e-NCL or Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact license.

• Willingness to acquire additional licenses upon the company’s request.
