Licensed Practical Nurse, Compact/Multistate License

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main point of contact for patients utilizing the RPM365 platform.

• Provide assistance with device installation and app connectivity.

• Interact with patients to ensure compliance with care plans.

• Arrange monthly check-ins and oversee patient data.

• Educate patients using shared resources.

• Alert healthcare providers about critical notifications.

• Participate in virtual team meetings for updates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid nursing license that is compact/multistate.

• Understanding of chronic conditions and associated monitoring devices (experience in weight management is a plus).

• Competence in technology, computer systems, and smartphones.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfortable with patient outreach and engagement.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
