• Receive and transform high-intent live transfer leads

• Oversee a remote sales pipeline with precision and responsibility

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license (mandatory)

• Demonstrated success in insurance sales with verifiable closing achievements

• Experience in converting live transfer or warm inbound leads

• Strong digital communication skills and discipline in remote workflows

• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adept at working independently

• Consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales performance metrics.
