This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +9 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with 100% warm transfer leads from eager homebuyers and those looking to refinance.

• Consult with borrowers to grasp their requirements and offer suitable loan options.

• Leverage our advanced technology to efficiently qualify and finalize loans.

• Foster long-term relationships for future referrals and repeat business opportunities.

• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure rapid closings.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year of recent mortgage loan origination experience (preferred in a call center environment).

• Possession of an active NMLS license.

• At least 1 to 5 active state licenses.

• Must comply with all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) standards.

• Knowledge of mortgage regulatory guidelines with the ability to accurately structure and price loans.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented individual.

• Capability to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• Strong ambition to succeed in a sales setting and become a top performer.

• High-speed internet is necessary for remote work, with Cable or Fiber ONLY and the ability to connect via Ethernet. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
