This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Interact with 100% warm transfer leads from eager homebuyers and those looking to refinance.

• Consult with borrowers to grasp their requirements and present suitable loan options.

• Utilize our cutting-edge technology to efficiently qualify and finalize loans.

• Foster long-term relationships to encourage future referrals and repeat business.

• Collaborate with in-house processors and underwriters to ensure swift closings.

• Achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and conversion rates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of recent mortgage loan origination experience (call center experience preferred).

• Must possess an active NMLS license.

• A minimum of 1-5 active state licenses is required.

• Compliance with all Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS) standards is mandatory.

• Familiarity with mortgage regulatory guidelines and the ability to accurately structure and price loans.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

• Self-driven, motivated, and results-oriented individuals are encouraged to apply.

• Capacity to excel in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment.

• A strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment and become a top performer.

• High-speed internet is necessary for remote work; Cable or Fiber ONLY with Ethernet connectivity is required. Minimum speeds: 70/30 Mbps (basic), 200-300/35-70 Mbps (shared), 500-1,000/100+ Mbps (heavy use).
