Licensed Mental Health Therapist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Offer individual and family therapy through secure telehealth platforms

• Perform intake assessments and create client-focused treatment plans

• Provide care that is culturally aware and trauma-informed

• Ensure timely documentation within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system

• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary care teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid Virginia license: LPC, LPC-R, LCSW, or LMSW

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting

• Experience in serving children, adolescents, and families

• Trauma-informed and culturally sensitive approach

• Bilingual (Spanish) is highly preferred
