This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Assess mental health issues, diagnose conditions, develop, and execute a comprehensive treatment plan, while ensuring ongoing documentation is completed, including further diagnoses, treatment plan assessments, and case notes in line with company policy.
• Deliver exceptional care to clients and collaborate with an energetic team to help fulfill the mission of addressing community gaps.
• Employ innovative strategies in interventions to assist clients in achieving and surpassing their goals.
• Prepare and submit individualized documentation for each session according to company guidelines and protocols.
• Clinicians holding Full-Time status are required to maintain a minimum of 32 hours available for patient care each week.
• Coordinate services with other healthcare providers, families, workplace personnel, medical staff, other OptiMindHealth employees, and school personnel as necessary.
• Attend and engage in all clinical staff meetings and training sessions.
• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is essential.
• A full, current, and unrestricted license to practice independently (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in electronic health records and experience with clinical documentation is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Proven experience and a willingness to collaborate creatively to meet required deadlines.
• Comfort and familiarity in working with clients facing a diverse array of issues or concerns.
• Ability to pass a background check that confirms your capacity to provide safe care.
• Exhibit and model stable and appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Experience in community, group, or private practice mental health is advantageous but not mandatory.
