This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

• The psychotherapist will be an integral part of the integrated care team model at OMH.

• Outpatient behavioral health practices like OMH are increasingly recognized for their emphasis on collaborative team approaches.

• The interdisciplinary health care team comprises physicians, psychiatric nurse practitioners, licensed clinical psychologists, and licensed mental health professionals (LCSW/LPC/LMFT/LMHC).

• Tailor care for each patient: Our clinicians possess the unique ability to personalize care for every individual patient.

• You will have the independence to decide how frequently you see a patient and the appropriate duration of each session.

• Individual psychotherapy is the primary clinical work performed, but our clinicians also engage in family therapy, group therapy, and psychological testing as necessary or suitable for a variety of presenting issues of our patients.

• Enjoy the flexibility to design your own schedules for an ideal work/life balance.

• Typically, clinicians work between Monday and Friday during hours ranging from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Concentrate on patient care without the burden of any additional on-call duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of an accredited program with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW/LMHC) in the state of Texas is mandatory, with the capability to practice independently.

• Licensure in the states of Massachusetts and/or Colorado is preferred.
