Licensed Mental Health Professional – LPC/LMFT/LCSW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Engage in the integrated care team model at OMH.

• Tailor the care approach for each individual patient.

• Conduct clinical care and documentation following treatment sessions.

• Prioritize the patient’s care without the burden of additional on-call duties.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to guarantee the highest quality of care for patients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completion of an accredited program along with certification and licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LPC/LMFT/LCSW) in the state of Colorado, with the capacity to practice independently is mandatory.
