Licensed Mental Health Counselor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia.

📋 Description

• Offer specialized knowledge in mental health counseling.

• Prioritize client care as BetterHelp manages administrative and overhead responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possession of an LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, Licensed Professional Counselor, or Psychologist / PsyD.

• Background as an Experienced Mental Health Therapist or Counselor with a dedication to assisting adults, couples, or teens.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in mental health counseling.

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or Marriage & Family Therapy.

• Hold a fully independent license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) and capable of delivering therapy without supervision.

• Access to a private and professional setting for conducting therapy sessions.

• Strong written communication skills.

• Must possess professional liability insurance.

• A dependable Internet connection is required.

• Must be currently residing in the United States.
