Licensed Member Care Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +8 more states.

📋 Description

• Engage in structured, client-focused discussions with members who are new to their Humana plan.

• Assist members step-by-step through the necessary modules to ensure their benefits are activated accurately and thoroughly.

• Deliver an outstanding customer experience, making sure members feel supported and well-informed throughout the entire process.

• Adhere to Humana and TRANZACT standards while conducting benefit activation calls.

• Precisely record member interactions and the modules that have been completed.

• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess a license; however, this position does not require engaging in licensed activities.

• Achieve performance levels at or above the program average for the last 90 days.

• Full availability to work a schedule that may start as early as 8:30 AM EST or extend as late as 9:00 PM EST; willingness to work overtime as necessary.

• During AEP, full availability to work during business hours, including weekends when required.
