This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a significant volume of incoming calls each day from policyholders and clients.
• Offer direction and assistance for various insurance requirements.
• Address inquiries concerning policies, billing, endorsements, and claims.
• Process and issue insurance documents such as policies, certificates, endorsements, and cancellations.
• Investigate and rectify premium discrepancies, system issues, and processing errors.
• Operate multiple systems and software platforms concurrently.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to guarantee smooth service delivery.
• A valid Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center position within the insurance sector.
• Capability to handle high call volumes while upholding quality and professionalism.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously with minimal oversight.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams.
• Quick adaptability to learn and navigate new systems.
